Self-Care September

At ACWA we value the wellbeing of all our staff. We invest in our business by training members of our staff to be Mental Health First Aiders, giving them the tools and techniques to be able to help anyone that wishes to discuss any mental health issues.

We also follow and publish the monthly calendar from Action for Happiness. Each month they publish a calendar that provides a month of activities based on a theme. This month is Self-Care September, and it focuses on taking daily actions to help you take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
