Installation and Commissioning

During the plant installation, integrated planning and control for both the client and the supplier is essential to avoid any delay or disruption to the client's site area or production programme.

Whenever possible, ACWA will schedule the installation work to minimise or eliminate any possible disruption by utilising the client's 'quiet' periods, such as plant shut-downs and low production periods.

The company's success in achieving these aims is demonstrated by the client often placing additional contracts with ACWA even before the initial contract has been completed.

PLANT COMMISSIONING

To ensure the optimum operation of any process plant, it is imperative that the plant is correctly and fully commissioned. This requires a total understanding of both the process and equipment, in addition to the plant's capabilities and operating procedures.

Prior to completion of all contracts, ACWA provides its commissioning team to test and commission the plant equipment and the overall process.

Several sets of working drawings and operating manuals are always supplied with each contract.
